Our company produces polyester fiber of two types: Solid and Hollow. They are divided into regular and highly twisted fibers, which, depending on the content of lubricator, are siliconized and non-siliconized.

Regular fibers are divided into two types. 

I) a) Regular solid siliconized fiber (RSS)

 1,2 den, 1,5 den, 3 den, 6 den, 7 den, 15 den, 20 den and cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

b) Regular solid fiber non-siliconized (RSnS)

1,2 den, 1,5 den, 3 den, 6 den, 7 den, 15 den, 20 den and cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

 II) a) Regular hollow fiber siliconized (RHS) 

3 den, 7 den, 15 den and cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

b) Regular hollow fiber non-siliconized (RHnS)

3 den, 7 den, 15 den and cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

III) a) Highly hollow conjugate fiber siliconized (HCS) 

 1,8 den, 3 den, 7 den, 15 den cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

b) Highly hollow conjugate fiber non-siliconized (HCnS)

1,8 den, 3 den, 7 den, 15 den cutting length: 32, 38, 51, 65 and 120 mm.

These products are widely used in various sectors of the economy.

• Production of insulation for garments. The most famous are synthetic winterizer and hollofan, which have excellent heat-shielding properties, voluminous, elastic. It is used as an insulating pad in jackets, coats, as well as in the manufacture of quilts and bedspreads.

• Production of fillers for furniture, pillows, blankets, children's toys, etc.

• Production of sewing threads.

• Geotextile materials that are used as drainage and anti-erosion structures in the construction of highways, railways, gas and oil pipelines, as well as foundations and roofs.

• Production of fabrics used for sewing clothes on state orders 

• Basis for linoleum

• Cloths for the automotive industry (floor, ceiling, car upholstery, noise insulation).

• Filter materials (for oil, dairy, food industries).

• Abrasive and wiping materials.

• Hygiene products

• Building materials (insulation, roofing and noise insulation materials)

• Electrical insulation of the thinnest wires

• Carpet production.
